What You’ll Bring:

Expertise in Quality Engineering within Contact Center platforms
Hands-on experience with IVR and routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar tools
Proficiency in automation testing across UI and APIs using Selenium, Postman, Karate, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Agent Desktop Automation
Core Java development skills
Familiarity with version control tools such as Bitbucket or Git
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and IDEs like IntelliJ or Eclipse
Ability to thrive in a scaled Agile environment
Strong understanding of AWS Amazon Connect (a plus)
