Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large?scale brownfield S/4HANA implementation. This role is responsible for end?to?end program delivery, strong project governance, and close partnership with business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversions, global program execution, and structured project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Own overall program governance, including project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
- Drive implementation strategy across functional, technical, data, integration, and change management workstreams.
- Facilitate business workshops for requirements gathering, fit?gap analysis, and process design.
- Manage cross?functional SAP delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, data, and integration teams.
- Oversee S/4HANA configuration and integration with SAP and non?SAP systems.
- Lead data migration activities, including strategy definition, data cleansing, validation, and cutover execution.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, as well as internal PMO standards.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and lead Steering Committee meetings.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Support user training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications - 8–15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs, with mandatory brownfield implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading global, multi?country SAP programs.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA brownfield activities, including:
- Readiness Check
- Maintenance Planner
- SUM / DMO
- Custom code remediation
- ATC checks
- Security role redesign
- CVI conversion
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross?functional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong project management discipline with experience using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications - PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Agile project management certification(s).
