About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that enable scalable, reliable, and intuitive employee and customer experiences. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality capabilities across core ServiceNow modules.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy solutions across key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CSDM, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
- Build scalable, maintainable custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
- Configure and maintain the CMDB aligned with the CSDM framework and organizational standards.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices and governance models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, production issues, and system performance concerns.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and flow designer.
- Experience delivering solutions within an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of ITIL, CMDB, and CSDM best practices.
- Experience with API development, system integrations, and data migration.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
