LoanIQ Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Senior Loan IQ Implementation Consultant to support a multi-year Loan IQ transformation program.

Summary:
This role will be highly client-facing and will play a critical leadership role during both the Target Operating Model (TOM) design phase and the subsequent full Loan IQ implementation once awarded. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, helping define future-state processes, guide architectural decisions, and ensure alignment between business requirements and Loan IQ capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and definition of the Loan IQ Target Operating Model, including business processes, system architecture, and integration touchpoints
* Facilitate onsite and virtual workshops with business, operations, and IT stakeholders
* Serve as a Loan IQ subject matter expert, advising on best practices for commercial lending, syndications, and agency lending
* Partner with client leadership to translate business strategy into executable Loan IQ solutions
* Provide oversight and guidance during the full implementation phase, including configuration strategy, data migration, and testing approach
* Act as the primary escalation point for complex functional or technical challenges

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in commercial lending technology implementations, with deep Loan IQ expertise
* Proven experience leading Loan IQ Target Operating Model or large-scale implementation programs
* Strong understanding of agency, syndicated, and bilateral lending
* Excellent client-facing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with global or tier-1 financial institutions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Loan IQ certification
* Prior experience in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models
* Background in core banking or lending platform modernization initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
