Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allegan seeking Test Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and equipment for production lines.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and generate reports on product performance and quality.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend design or process improvements.
• Validate new manufacturing processes and equipment through comprehensive testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and equipment calibration.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C#).
• Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
