Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance our technology infrastructure in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires a strong background in managing IT systems and teams, with a focus on maintaining secure, efficient, and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of Active Directory to ensure seamless authentication and access control.
Implement and manage backup technologies to secure critical data and support disaster recovery processes.
Lead the administration and optimization of Cisco technologies to maintain reliable network connectivity.
Supervise the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware across the organization.
Develop and enforce configuration management policies to ensure system consistency and compliance.
Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering growth and collaboration.
Monitor system performance and security, addressing any vulnerabilities or issues proactively.
Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing Active Directory environments.
Expertise in backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and protocols.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with industry-standard configuration management practices.
Solid project management skills with the ability to lead complex IT initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and mentor teams.
