Summary

Job Summary

We are actively hiring experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers with a proven track record in US IT Staffing. We are looking for professionals who have strong Direct Client and Prime Vendor relationships and can consistently bring active IT requirements that lead to interviews, offers, and successful placements.

This is a revenue-focused role where your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and manage accounts while working closely with our recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new Direct Client and Prime Vendor relationships.
  • Generate daily IT requirements (Contract, C2C, W2, Full-Time).
  • Bring active client requirements with interview opportunities.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure quick submissions.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up until offer closure.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and staffing agreements.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and placement targets.
  • Expand the company''s client portfolio across the USA.

Required Skills

  • Business Development or Account Management experience in US IT Staffing.
  • Existing network of Direct Clients and Prime Vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS and staffing processes.
  • Experience handling Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to generate quality requirements that result in interviews and placements.
  • Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing book of business (Direct Clients/Prime Vendors).
  • Proven record of successful client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing market.
