DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and scale the end-to-end email lifecycle across Sinch Mailgun and Sinch Mailjet. This role is responsible for driving engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic, data-driven email programs.

What You'll Do :

  • Own the full email lifecycle for a PLG business across two brands, including lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, upgrade, and expansion campaigns
  • Own the end-to-end creation of email campaigns, from ideation and project management to copywriting, segmentation, execution, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain the overall email lifecycle strategy and email calendar
  • Build and execute localized and personalized GTM campaigns using logic and customer data to tailor messaging by lifecycle stage, plan type, and behavior
  • Manage webinar and virtual event promotion campaigns
  • Regularly collaborate with TAMs, product, product marketing, data, support, marketing, and growth teams on customer initiatives
  • Design and run A/B tests; report on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Track and report ARR influenced by email campaigns
  • Monitor sending domain health, deliverability, and maintain audience list health through ongoing segmentation, suppression, and hygiene practices
  • Send recurring, localized, blog newsletters and customer newsletters
  • Monitor and manage replies from campaign sends and route support-related inquiries to the appropriate teams

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle email marketing
  • Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
  • Comfortable building emails in Parcel using a drag-and-drop email design system, but must have basic HTML experience
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing in a PLG or SaaS environment
  • Working knowledge of HTML for email editing and troubleshooting
  • Experience monitoring deliverability and maintaining list health
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on performance and translate data into action
  • Experience with Customer.io, Parcel, Goldcast, Asana, and Email on Acid; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus

Salary:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until February 10, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.

Location: This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional in-person collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO.
