Role Description
Our Client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you'll design, build, and support enterprise applications across both frontend and backend platforms. You'll work on modernizing systems, developing scalable APIs, enhancing user experiences, and helping drive technology initiatives that impact the business enterprise-wide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across the entire technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to architectural decisions while mentoring other engineers.
Design and develop modern web applications using Vue 3, TypeScript, Vuetify, Pinia, HTML5, and CSS3
Build and maintain enterprise APIs and backend services using Node.js/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot, and Python
Modernize legacy systems by migrating SOAP services to RESTful APIs
Develop reusable frameworks, components, and shared services used across multiple teams
Design and optimize database solutions utilizing IBM DB2, MongoDB, and Prisma ORM
Systems Integration & Architecture
Integrate enterprise applications using IBM MQ messaging
Analyze requirements and design scalable, secure technical solutions
Document system architecture, data flows, and application designs
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards
Testing & Quality Engineering
Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression testing strategies
Maintain 85%+ code coverage utilizing modern testing frameworks
Validate APIs and application performance using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, and Supertest
Partner with QA teams to ensure successful testing and deployment outcomes
DevOps & Platform Engineering
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Gradle
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
Provide production support and help maintain high system reliability
Leadership & Collaboration
Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with product, UX/UI, security, infrastructure, QA, and business teams
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
6-9 years of professional full stack development experience
Strong experience developing enterprise applications and APIs
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
