Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Project Delivery

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Delivery to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. This role requires a professional who can engage with senior business leaders, drive requirements, manage project governance, facilitate stakeholder sign-offs, and ensure seamless execution of reporting and analytics initiatives. While a strong understanding of Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, and data analytics is preferred, the primary focus is on stakeholder management, business analysis, and project coordination rather than hands-on technical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams.
- Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and obtain timely business approvals and sign-offs.
- Lead project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and governance meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, including Managers, Directors, and VPs.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional deliverables for offshore teams.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep projects on schedule.
- Support future enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Delivery Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing reporting, analytics, or data transformation projects.
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, or modern data platforms.
- Ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise reporting, BI, or analytics projects.
- Background in Agile project delivery.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and reporting ecosystems.
- PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
