Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and components based on business and technical requirements.
- Support production operations by troubleshooting application issues, analyzing incidents, monitoring system performance, and coordinating resolutions.
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and internal or external applications while ensuring reliable data exchange and system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, QA, and support teams on enhancements, releases, deployments, technical reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development, application support, customization, configuration, and enterprise system integrations.
