Summary

Job Title: IT- Scrum Master SAP S/4HANA Job ID: 26-00557 Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid Tue Thu onsite at OGO) Duration: 09 Months on W2 contract

Client laptop will be provided (supplier to arrange temporarily if needed).

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for an SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation program. The role involves working with cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, asset management, HR, and enterprise safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Support hybrid Agile waterfall delivery within PMO governance
Collaborate with Product Owners, SAP teams, and system integrators
Manage backlog refinement, dependencies, risks, and blockers
Participate in scaled Agile events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums)
Track Agile metrics and reporting dashboards
Use Jira and related Agile tools for delivery tracking

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise environments
Experience supporting ERP programs or SAP support organizations
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $95.00 - $98.00 per hour.
