Provide L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

Configure and customize CRM solutions based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate.

Build and modify JavaScript-based customizations.

Perform testing, data validation, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.

Maintain documentation and ensure best practice compliance.
