Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Extensive experience (minimum of 7 years) working with HR systems, preferably in support and implementation roles.
Strong hands-on experience with HR system configuration and data management.
Proven ability to support system operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage data quality.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders and translating technical information into understandable language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in relevant HRIS systems or modules.
Experience with candidate sourcing and CRM tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Overview:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be a key member of the People Solutions HR Technology team, responsible for supporting and enhancing the HRIS system. This role involves collaborating with various HR and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations, data integrity, and successful implementation of new features and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Provide daily support for the HR system, addressing issues and maintaining system functionality.
Support various modules within the HR system to ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.
Offer guidance to HR partners on system processes and best practices.
Conduct regular data audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and deliver reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Utilize reporting tools to extract insights and assist stakeholders.
System Enhancements and Projects:
Collaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements, including testing and deployment.
Lead user acceptance testing for system upgrades and new features, including defining test scenarios and managing defect resolution.
Document system configurations, procedures, and user instructions.
Support data exchanges with external vendors, ensuring data integrity and resolving issues as necessary.
