Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer with experience in Zscaler and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to support enterprise network security operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing secure access solutions, managing authentication systems, and ensuring secure connectivity for users and devices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
Manage and administer Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control and authentication.
Configure 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, and network access policies.
Monitor and troubleshoot security and access-related issues.
Integrate Zscaler and ISE with enterprise network infrastructure.
Maintain security policies, access controls, and compliance standards.Work with network and security teams to improve network security posture.
Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA).
Strong experience with Cisco ISE administration and configuration.
Knowledge of AAA protocols (RADIUS, TACACS+) and 802.1X.
Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Experience troubleshooting network security and authentication issues.
Familiarity with enterprise security and access control solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications such as CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or Zscaler certifications.
Experience working in enterprise or cloud security environments.
