- 1 year of experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Windows-based applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, client-first approach
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based IT environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
- Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused technical assistance
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of support requests to maintain service quality
