Join a leading global consultancy as a Technical Business Analyst dedicated to building a "greenfield" insurance product. You will be instrumental in developing a new premium allocation and calculation capability, working alongside global operations and technology teams. This is a high-impact role for an analyst who enjoys translating complex business needs into functional software solutions within the Insurance Risk Management sector.

responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with global Operations teams to map and document existing business processes.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and document user stories with acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to maintain the product roadmap and prioritize requirements based on impact.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to define project scope, create project plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Implement system testing protocols and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
qualifications:
8+ years of professional Business Analysis experience.
2+ years of experience specific to London Market Insurance.
5+ years of experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate with executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
