Summary

A client in the mortgage industry is growing and seeking to hire a Full-Stack Application Developer to join their team. The company has developed products centered around the automation of mortgage approvals, underwriting and funding. They are ideally looking for a developer having experience with .NET, C#, Typescript, React or Angular and Cloud. This is a direct hire opportunity with the ability to work remotely; however, the team does go into the office 1-2 times per month, the office is located in Downtown Toronto.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and company. They have led in terms of personnel growth and scale of use among other start up to medium sized organizations in Canada.

Required Skills & Experience

A post-secondary plus degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET .NET Core programming including MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ
5+ years of experience in SQL database programming
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML 5, CSS, and client-side framework (e.g. Bootstrap, Angular)
Proficient in project source control platform and CI/CD (e.g. Git /GitHub, Azure DevOps/Jenkins)
In-depth knowledge of enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment & operations

40% Front-end development work

Daily Responsibilities

90% Hands on
10% Team and project collaboration, in addition to mentorship and coaching fostering growth and collaboration within the development team
