Description
We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this contract position, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing system performance, ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure. This hybrid role requires three days onsite and two days remote each week, with candidates either local to Richmond or willing to relocate before starting.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user access and system functionality.
Administer Windows Server environments, performing updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and management for Windows 10 systems across the organization.
Oversee system operations for Dell and Citrix technologies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct impact analyses for system changes, enhancements, and new implementations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and implement long-term solutions.
Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support the integration of new technologies by coordinating testing, validation, and system updates.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory management and administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10 systems.
Experience with Dell and Citrix technologies in an enterprise environment.
Ability to conduct impact analyses and identify system improvement opportunities.
Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with system integration and testing processes.
Capability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.
