The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and innovation, thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and champions continuous improvement. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled engineers operating in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) environment. Your core objective will be to drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle, ensuring the high-quality and on-time delivery of software releases.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with software architects and business stakeholders to define and refine Agile stories for new platform capabilities.

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of new features, system enhancements, and bug fixes.

Conduct thorough architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Write clean, hands-on code, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot complex production issues.

Provide technical leadership, direction, and support to the engineering team.

Partner with fellow developers, product owners, and technical leads to influence product roadmaps and long-term technical planning.

Develop internal tools, frameworks, and engineering practices that increase team productivity and deployment efficiency.

Mentor junior engineers, actively assisting in their professional development and career growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development.

Proven hands-on experience developing web-enabled applications using Front-End Technologies, including Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON/XML, and Sync/Async services.

Strong proficiency in Back-End Technologies, including .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful API design.

Experience designing and implementing Microservices and Event-Driven architectures.

Proficiency with Database Technologies, specifically relational databases (SQL/Oracle).

Solid understanding of web application environments, session state management, security protocols, performance tuning, and debugging methodologies.

Demonstrated capability to work independently while serving in a technical leadership capacity within a collaborative team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of distributed monolithic architectures and cloud-based microservices.

Hands-on experience with Private Cloud environments (Pivotal Cloud Foundry/PCF is a strong differentiator).

Advanced proficiency with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, API test automation techniques, and deployment pipeline tools.

Strong familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).

Passion for enterprise-level Agile development methodologies and problem-solving.
