  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners.

Fuel Data-Informed, Long-Term Growth

  • Hold recurring progress reviews with partners, either virtually or face to face.
  • Report to the Director on distributor performance and contribute to annual strategic plans.
  • Monitor developments in each country to foresee business impact, reduce risk, and spot new openings.

Tackle Complex Problems

  • Champion international distributors internally, taking charge of projects and coordinating closely with other departments.
  • Diagnose persistent market issues, recommend fixes, and drive resolutions together with distributors.
  • Forecast how internal company changes will ripple into your markets and steer distributors smoothly through each transition.

Lead In-Market Visits

  • Visit priority markets to meet distributors, observe retail execution, find growth opportunities, and learn local obstacles firsthand.
  • Leverage each visit to align on strategy, strengthen relationships, and generate new business ideas jointly.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and cultural awareness across varied settings, adapting with flexibility and cultural intelligence.

Strengthen the Team and the Business

  • Exchange insights with fellow International Business Development Manager peers to overcome common challenges.
  • Refine processes and strategies in collaboration with the Director and colleagues.
  • Mentor and help onboard junior team members when needed.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
