Project Overview

Innovee's public sector is modernizing its healthcare data infrastructure under the Rural Health Transformation initiative. This effort focuses on building a scalable, reliable data platform to improve insights into healthcare cost, quality, and access.

The DataOps Engineer will lead the design and operationalization of data quality, governance, analytics, and DataOps capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement DataOps frameworks supporting data quality, governance, and analytics
  • Develop and manage data pipelines, validation processes, and monitoring/observability
  • Establish data quality rules, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis processes
  • Implement statistical monitoring (SPC) and AI-driven anomaly detection techniques
  • Define and maintain data lineage, cataloging, and governance standards
  • Develop and support BI solutions, including dashboards and semantic models (Power BI)
  • Monitor DataOps performance metrics (SLA, reliability, MTTR) and reporting
  • Create SOPs, runbooks, and support cross-functional collaboration and enablement

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Data Engineering, DataOps, or Data Science
  • Strong knowledge of data quality, validation frameworks, and data governance
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and data modeling concepts
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and anomaly detection methods
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

Azure Data Engineer Associate, PL-300, Databricks Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, DAMA/CDMP, Scrum/SAFe
