Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)

Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Consultant/Developer to support the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manhattan Active WMS, supply chain processes, and system integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable and efficient warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) solutions based on business requirements

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes

• Customize and enhance MAWM functionalities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, and returns

• Develop and maintain extensions, APIs, and integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and other applications

• Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance

• Optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and operations

• Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes

• Experience in configuration and customization of MAWM modules

• Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, EDI)

• Experience working with cloud-based WMS platforms

• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Manhattan SCALE or WMOS

• Knowledge of automation tools and robotics integration in warehouses

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Understanding of logistics, distribution, and retail environments
