Responsibilities:
- Lead special projects for footwear development with a focus on revamping past models.
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate creative ideas into viable products.
- Apply athlete feedback effectively to enhance product performance and appeal.
- Navigate complex feedback and quickly adapt to change to ensure product excellence.
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Product Development or Engineering.
- 3+ years of technical product development experience in footwear.
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines and deliver cost-effective product solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrable experience in influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
