Electrical Engineer ATE Test Equipment Lab Manager

We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to lead a Test Equipment Lab, overseeing the design, development, and lifecycle management of advanced test systems.

This role focuses on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) design, lab operations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality test solutions in a controlled and safety-driven environment.

In this role, you will oversee daily lab operations, ensuring efficient execution of projects while maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

You will lead the design and development of test equipment, implement lab policies and procedures, and enforce quality control processes.

Location: Onsite in Rockford Illinois or Plano, Texas
