Project Manager- Testing (E2E) - Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing initiatives within a high-visibility Finance Regulatory Compliance portfolio. This role is focused on managing complex cross-functional testing programs across multiple platforms, products, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in large-scale program testing management, executive reporting, defect governance, and coordination across engineering, product, QA, and business teams. This is a strategic project leadership role rather than a Scrum Team QA Lead position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise-scale E2E testing programs across multiple platforms and business functions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Create and maintain holistic testing schedules and project plans for cross-functional initiatives.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and governance frameworks.
Prepare Program Test Dashboards, Test Summary Reports, and executive presentations for VP-level leadership.
Facilitate Program Test Sync meetings and maintain testing inputs for project roadmaps and RAID logs.
Drive defect triage and issue management activities with development and production support teams.
Ensure alignment between production processes and QA testing practices.
Monitor testing progress, risks, blockers, and provide status updates to leadership teams.
Support biweekly and monthly executive governance updates including BUR reporting.
Help scale QA/testing operations in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs/projects in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in End-to-End (E2E) testing management and cross-platform coordination.
Experience creating executive-level test dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Strong knowledge of test planning, test strategy development, and QA governance.
Experience with defect management, triage, and release readiness processes.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Rally.
Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience presenting to senior leadership including Directors and VPs.
Preferred Skills
Experience within Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance domains.
Prior American Express (Amex) experience is a strong plus.
Experience managing enterprise QA/testing transformations or scaling QA organizations.
