Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking NPI Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Identify and implement solutions for manufacturing challenges during NPI.
• Conduct process validation and qualification activities for new products.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation for new products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in NPI engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, layout diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, test methodologies, and quality control.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and ERP software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
• Background in a specific manufacturing process (e.g., semiconductor, automotive, aerospace).
