Location: Birmingham, AL (Hoover, AL) -- hybrid onsite 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week

We are seeking a Product Testing Analyst to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for an open banking and payments product. This role is central to launching a new developer portal that automates financial data sharing through a new API. The analyst will test the end-to-end functionality of consent flows, token management, and customer permission controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for open banking and payments products.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure system integrity.
- Validate data, create test cases, and execute test scripts using various testing tools.
- Test API functionality to ensure secure data sharing and token management.
- Verify that customer consent flows and authorization management capabilities function correctly.
- Ensure the system allows customers to grant and revoke data sharing permissions effectively.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role.
Technical Skills: Experience with UAT, data validation, creating test cases, running test scripts, and using API testing tools such as Postman.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both manual and automation testing.
- A background in banking or financial services.
