Senior Systems Analyst – Summary Job Description
Overview:
Responsible for administering and supporting SharePoint, Oracle EBS (Procurement and Security), IT systems, and business applications while providing user support and leading small projects.
Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint Administration: Serve as SME; manage IT and Document Center sites, navigation, homepage content, permissions, and Power Automate workflows.
Oracle Procurement: Maintain approval hierarchies and limits, enter requisitions, monitor workflows, support users, perform testing, and manage related projects.
Oracle Security & User Provisioning: Handle user setup/changes, SOD reviews, responsibility assignments, account maintenance, and mailbox management.
PCard & IT Administration: Submit monthly IT expense reports, process vendor payments, compile monthly IT scorecard metrics.
Engineering Drawings Portal: Manage supplier setup, access, mailbox, and documentation.
General IT Support: Provide MS Office user support, manage outage communications, and monitor ticket queues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; 2+ years IT experience.
Strong SharePoint administration skills and MS Office proficiency.
Experience with Oracle EBS, ERP support, user provisioning, and Segregation of Duties.
Proficient in SQL, relational databases, and SDLC principles.
Experience supporting business functions (Procurement, Finance, Sales, etc.).
Strong communication, analytical, project management, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have:
Oracle EBS, Power BI, data visualization, UI design, VB6/C#/Java/Python, EDI.
