ServiceNow Platform Architecture (EAM Focus) Contract Remote
The project involves configuring the EA Workspace and standing up the entire operating model.
Workspace Configuration: Ability to build role-based views and standard filters for ownership, lifecycle, and risk.
Workflow Implementation: Skill in configuring lightweight lifecycle workflows (request, add, update, retire) with gated approvals.
Rationalization Scoring: Experience setting up scoring frameworks based on cost, quality, technical risk, and business value.
2. Data Modeling & CSDM Proficiency
The core of this project is aligning applications to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure visibility across the portfolio.
CSDM Alignment: Deep understanding of how to link Business Applications to runtime instances (Application Services).
Data Normalization: Ability to normalize 12 different application records to ensure data completeness and standard naming conventions.
Integration Mapping (DIM): Technical knowledge to capture critical integration records, including source/target, transport type, and middleware.
3. ITOM & CMDB Engineering
Since the current CMDB health is listed at 0%, this person must be able to perform "targeted remediation".
Discovery & Service Mapping: Knowledge of how to use Discovery/SAM feeds to link supporting technologies to applications.
Dependency Baseline: Skill in mapping "infrastructure-level" dependencies to surface version risks and lifecycle gaps.
Quality Gates: Ability to build automated validation scripts and "DoD" (Definition of Done) checklists for application onboarding.
