IT Recruiter Europe

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition across European markets. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT professionals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements (SAP, Cloud, Development, Infrastructure, etc.).
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent across Europe.
Ensure compliance with European labor laws and GDPR in recruitment processes.
Coordinate with clients and candidates for smooth onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in IT recruitment within Europe (SAP, Cloud, ERP, or software roles preferred).
Strong knowledge of European hiring practices and employment regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with ATS systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Oorwin, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
Location & Work Setup
Europe-based (remote or hybrid depending on client needs).
Flexibility to coordinate across multiple time zones.
