We’re looking for a friendly and motivated IT Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to employees, help resolve common IT issues, and deliver a welcoming, positive experience.
The Professional, Client Devices job configures, maintains and troubleshoots desktops, laptops and mobile devices, providing technical support to end users and ensuring both hardware and software issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime. With limited supervision, this job implements moderately complex security measures to protect client devices from threats and maintain compliance with organizational policies, and partners to deploy new devices and updates to provide a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide walk-up support for Dell laptops running Windows 11
· Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
· Assist users with account access, passwords, and permissions
· Set up and distribute IT equipment (laptops, monitors, accessories)
· Help maintain inventory levels and organize stock
· Support team-led demos and user education sessions
· Follow up on open incidents to make sure your issues are resolved in timely manner
· Deliver support with empathy, patience, and clear communication
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
· Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and laptop troubleshooting
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
· Team-oriented with a positive, approachable attitude
