Summary

Overview
This role supports user experience research and testing across all digital assets. Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in UX research methods and hands-on experience running studies end-to-end. Backgrounds in HCI, anthropology, psychology, or public health, especially with mixed?methods research, are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define research needs and project objectives.
Scope, plan, and execute user research and usability testing.
Recommend appropriate research methods and determine accurate sample sizes.
Program and set up studies in required tools and conduct QA.
Analyze results, synthesize insights, and present actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience conducting UX research across remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated methods.
Strong knowledge of usability testing, interviews, surveys, click tests, card sorts, tree testing, and other common research techniques.
Experience with testing platforms (Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, and GlassBox).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
