ServiceNow ITOM Architect : Mostly Remote

Need a Solution Architect who is an expert with ITOM CMDB/CSDM. Resource needs to be able to work flexible hours/time zones. SA would need to be hands on and go beyond consultative. They have a preference for someone in the bay area (CA) but at the very least would need to be able to work PST hours. They would also need flexibility to work evening hours for meetings with India team (potentially 2-3 times per week). They need the ability to make decisions - not just guide Estimating 32 hrs a week

Servicenow Architect Remote+Travel Required skills: *Architecture and Design *ServiceNow CPQ, CSM *Integrations Nice to have skills: *ServiceNow CSM CIS Certification

Must have 12+ years of experience. Lead level ITOM BPC to facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, write stories, facilitate story refinement sessions, participate in sprint planning, potentially support unit testing within the sprint. Specific focus on Event Management but may also be needed around CSDM and service mapping or CMDB and Discovery
