RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is supporting an organization to hire a Regional Marketing Coordinator that will support 4-5 different brands in the Midwest. This is a direct hire position that requires the person to reside in WI, MI, IL, or IN.
Summary:
This person will operate at scale, building expertise across multiple brands while working within a high-performing centralized team where your impact is visible and your growth is supported.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in a brand marketing, social media, or content marketing role
* Experience managing social media and online reputation across multiple locations or brands simultaneously
* Strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline - you can build a content calendar and read a performance dashboard with equal confidence
* Deep familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, and reputation management platforms
* Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without requiring daily direction
* Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct brand identities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across brand and regional teams
* Solid problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
* Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
