Job Summary W e are seeking a Data Enablement Analyst to support global regulatory programs and data governance initiatives. This role will partner with cross-divisional teams, product owners, and the Firmwide Data Office to deliver data quality reporting, enhance cataloging and lineage tooling, and ensure compliance with data policies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities Par tner with technology product owners and firm data office teams to deliver data quality reporting for critical regulatory programs Collaborate with software engineers to clarify requirements and integrate data governance tools, data quality, and lineage solutions Create presentations, documentation, and artifacts to support progress and troubleshooting discussions Work with large data files using advanced Excel functions (pivots, dashboards, BI tools) Ensure understanding of SDLC concepts and operating models (Agile & Waterfall) Familiarize with Data Architecture & Management principles and BCBS 239 framework requirements Review and update policy, procedure, and form documentation Maintain a document library and ensure consistency across content Requ ired Skills St rong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Jive, Confluence, and JIRA Ability to understand technical solutions at API and configuration levels (coding not required) Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to simplify complex ideas Initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independentl Familiarity with data governance concepts (cataloging, ownership, lineage, data quality) Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, ideally in financ e Preferred Skills Exposure to AI capabilities (a plus, not required) Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as BCBS 239, GDPR, CCPA, ECB Testing Prior experience in banking or financial services industry Previous experience as a Business or Data Analyst with strong communication skills Education Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree
