Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Duties Include:
* Own program and project management responsibilities for the team, including planning, execution, and delivery
* Act as the PM lead for ongoing and new initiatives, with accountability for timelines, milestones, and outcomes
* Manage workstreams using Wrike (or comparable PM tools) to ensure transparency and efficiency
* Oversee end-to-end survey and reporting programs, from intake through final reporting and delivery
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytics, database, and technical teams, to drive work to completion
* Apply strong process discipline to move initiatives from concept through finish line
* Develop and deliver executive-level storytelling, clearly articulating progress, outcomes, and insights
* Create and own PowerPoint presentations, translating complex work into clear, compelling narratives
* Serve as a confident communicator, capable of speaking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven Project/Program Management experience at a similar level
* Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
* Demonstrated ownership mentality with experience leading PM responsibilities for a team
* Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills (must-have)
* Ability to -speak the language- of database management, analytics, and technical teams to avoid excessive ramp-up time
* Experience managing work with healthcare or consumer-focused teams
* Comfort operating in environments that blend Agile/Scrum concepts with practical delivery execution

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
* CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
* Experience using Wrike as a project or program management tool
* Background or domain knowledge in consumer analytics
* Prior experience working with survey management and reporting programs
* Exposure to development teams or technical workflows (not deeply technical, but process-aware)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
