Our client, a leading global social media and technology company, is looking to hire a Strategic Partner Manager in New York​​​​​​​, NY

Pay Rate Range: $80 to $90/hr on w2, depending on experience



About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join a high-impact team focused on Wearables and AI partnerships. This is an external-facing role responsible for managing strategic product partnerships at the intersection of consumer devices and artificial intelligence.
You will act as a “quarterback” to lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility across leadership. This role requires deep collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, legal, policy, and operations teams to successfully bring new products to market and grow the wearables ecosystem.

Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate strategic recommendations, influence outcomes, and provide regular updates
Executive Communication & Leadership Alignment
  • Drive leadership meetings and present strategic insights and updates
  • Prepare executive-level materials for partner reviews, escalations, and deal discussions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, engineering, legal, policy, communications, and marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment and readiness for partner meetings and public engagements
  • Represent company strategy accurately across all interactions
Partnership Strategy & Execution
  • Manage partnerships from deal development through execution and product launch
  • Develop scalable processes and workflows to support growth and efficiency
Problem Solving & Strategic Analysis
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
Risk Management & Opportunity Identification
  • Identify risks and manage escalations across internal and external stakeholders
  • Map partner landscape and identify opportunities for expansion and growth

 Requirements: 
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a partner-facing role within technology or consumer electronics industries
  • Proven experience managing complex deals and strategic partnerships
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and mitigate risks
  • Ability to interpret and work with legal agreements and contracts
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in consumer electronics, wearables, devices, or accessories partnerships
  • Background in partner management, consulting, or business strategy
  • Strong technical aptitude or interest in emerging technologies (AI, wearables)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience navigating and enforcing contracts
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
