About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing department, you will be a key driver of digital initiatives focused on generating high-quality sales leads and supporting revenue growth. This salaried, full-time role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and pipeline contribution. You will leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools-particularly HubSpot-to design and manage targeted campaigns for our manufacturing-focused audience, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and broader business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid search, paid social, display, and organic social to drive qualified sales leads.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation programs tailored to manufacturing industry audiences, including gated content, landing pages, and nurture workflows.
  • Build, segment, and maintain email lists and automated workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing, re-engagement, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Create, test, and refine landing pages and forms within HubSpot and related tools to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets, refine lead qualification criteria, and improve lead handoff processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics using HubSpot and other analytics platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support SEO and content initiatives by identifying keyword opportunities, content gaps, and promotional strategies relevant to the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure efficient cost-per-lead and return on ad spend.
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, tools, and trends, particularly those impacting B2B and manufacturing markets, and recommend enhancements to our programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation and performance-based campaigns.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (or comparable marketing automation platform), including email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Experience marketing to or working within the manufacturing industry, with an understanding of typical buyer journeys and decision-making processes.
  • Solid understanding of core digital marketing channels, including email, SEO/SEM, paid social, display, and website/landing page optimization.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion paths.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
