Operations Manager, Extended Workforce Governance & Execution:

This role oversees the operational execution of Marketing s extended workforce (xWF) strategy, driving compliance and financial rigor across multiple critical programs.

The manager applies strong program management skills to balance multiple, cross-functional projects, including the end-to-end management of xWF review cycles and ensuring data integrity in our data systems.

They communicate complex policies to stakeholders across Marketing and xWS, partner with Marketing Finance for budget reconciliation, and drive process optimization to mitigate risk and enable workforce strategy.
