About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager with deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), SAP Billing, and enterprise-scale Product Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quote-to-Cash processes, SAP BRIM or SAP Hybris Billing, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while driving strategic initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

This is not a generic Product Manager role. The primary focus is SAP Order-to-Cash and Billing solutions, with a strong emphasis on SAP BRIM and enterprise billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for SAP Order-to-Cash and Billing initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation programs across multiple business units.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership to define and deliver scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, prioritize product features, and manage delivery execution.
• Lead enterprise integration discussions involving SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and related systems.
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration activities, including systems, pricing models, products, and operational processes.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP Billing platforms:
• SAP BRIM (preferred)
• SAP Hybris Billing (acceptable)
• Exposure to Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to independently lead workshops, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and delivery execution.
