Owner''''s Representative - QA/QC Program Manager (Hyperscale Data Center Construction)

Location : Saline, MI (Upto 75% Travel)
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Program Manager to represent the owner''''s interests on a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and governing the overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program from project initiation through commissioning and turnover.
The ideal candidate will establish enterprise-level quality standards, inspection and testing procedures, reporting frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality metrics to ensure successful project execution. Acting as the owner''''s representative, the QA/QC Program Manager will partner with contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to drive accountability, mitigate quality risks, and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry best practices.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the project-wide QA/QC program for a hyperscale data center build.
- Establish quality standards, governance processes, KPIs, inspection plans, and testing requirements.
- Oversee quality audits, compliance reviews, corrective action programs, and quality reporting.
- Coordinate quality activities across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
- Ensure contractor adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and owner requirements.
- Support commissioning, system turnover, and project closeout activities.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level quality reporting and risk assessments to project leadership.
Preferred Background
- Extensive experience leading QA/QC programs for large-scale mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
- Proven experience establishing quality programs from the owner/client side.
- Strong construction, commissioning, and project delivery expertise.
- Experience managing multiple contractors and cross-functional project teams.
- Deep understanding of quality management systems, inspection testing processes, and turnover requirements.
