Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, systems administration, or a related Agile project role.
Salesforce Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, products, and general architecture.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate management processes, identify pain points, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
