Responsibilities:
As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Representing clients in a wide array of personal injury cases including car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, construction accidents, dog bites, product liability, and workers' compensation.
2. Managing all phases of civil litigation from inception to resolution.
3. Conducting thorough investigations to identify all potential sources of recovery.
4. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and submitting them to the court.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters as efficiently and favorably as possible.
6. Developing and implementing case strategy in collaboration with team members.
7. Staying updated on legal trends and changes in personal injury law to provide the most effective representation for our clients.
8. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards as per the firm's guidelines and legal industry norms.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the following qualifications are required:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven track record in successfully handling personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, construction accidents, dog bites, product liability, and workers' compensation.
5. Extensive knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures.
6. Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks.
9. Strong analytical and research skills.
10. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
