Job Description:

This role shapes a cohesive target design for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Pages self-service portal, voice/IVR contact center capabilities, and governed Generative AI (Copilot/agent assist) while ensuring alignment with public-sector security, privacy, accessibility, records retention, and audit requirements. Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX configuration
Design scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX architectures aligned with business requirements.
AI-powered Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) solutions. Configure Genesys Cloud CX components including IVR, ACD, call routing, workforce engagement, and analytics.
