Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Engagement Manager to lead and manage customer engagements within the telecom domain. This role requires strong client-facing capabilities, ownership of delivery outcomes, and the ability to drive long-term customer success. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client engagements and communications.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, product, sales) to align solutions with business needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engagement and delivery processes.
  • Monitor risks, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth execution of engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Engagement Management / Client Delivery / Account Management.
  • Strong experience in the Telecom domain (OSS/BSS, Network, Digital Transformation, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex client engagements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with global telecom clients.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, or network modernization initiatives.
  • Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile is a plus.
