Contract Specialist - Hybrid 1-2 days onsite
IT Contract Specialist will be primarily responsible for the Contract Lifecycle Management of IT contracts. Role serves as the primary internal liaison between legal, procurement, operations, security, accounts payable, project leads, management, and other key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. The IT Contract Specialist aligns supplier compliance with department needs and ensures all contractual obligations are covered with all IT suppliers.

responsibilities:
Monitors and manages work queue for specific contract types including
Statements of Work, Change Requests, Master Agreements, Order Forms,
Renewals, Managed Service engagements, among others.
Manages lifecycle interactions with technology vendors including
benchmarking services for pricing, contract negotiation, and execution
ensuring that the contracts comply with company policies and the
stakeholder's objectives and business goals.
Works with IT Business stakeholders to resolve issues on contract requests,
revisions, and extensions.
Leads investigations into issues and provide analysis and recommendations
for resolution.
Works with corporate Legal, Tax, Privacy, and Information Security, to ensure
contracts meet regulatory requirements.
Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders on the
status of the contracts.
Periodic reporting from CLM tool for departmental metrics.
Develop training materials and process documentation.
qualifications:
2+ years experience working with master agreements and B2B procurement
contracts.
Capable of reading a master and identifying the counterparty, effective date,
termination type, expiration date, and identifying and classifying exhibits.
Capable of reading a B2B procurement contract (SOWs, order forms, signed
quotes, BOMs, etc.) and identifying the counterparty, cost, effective date, and
expiration date.
Understands legal terms and conditions typical in a B2B procurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
