Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Senior Consultant / Manager to lead AI intake and transformation initiatives across the US portfolio. This is a business-facing leadership role requiring strong expertise in program/project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and AI-driven transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AI-based initiatives, executive communication, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Mandatory Requirements:
✔ 7–10 years of Project/Program Management experience
✔ Experience managing at least 1 AI-based project (Mandatory)
✔ Strong business-facing stakeholder management experience
✔ Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support AI intake, governance, and transformation initiatives across the US portfolio.
• Manage stakeholders across Business, Technology & Operations (T&O), Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Coordinate AI governance updates, portfolio tracking, and dependency management.
• Create and maintain AI process documentation, business guidelines, and operational frameworks.
• Support ROI tracking methodology, reporting, and business case development.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and leadership communications.
• Drive issue/risk management, escalation handling, and decision tracking.
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects including Mega application inventory reconciliation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions to ensure program alignment.
