Job Overview:
Pay Range: $95.00hr - $100.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- JavaScript and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting experience.
- Experience with API integration design, security, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB.
- Experience in user-centered solution design, accessibility, security, and maintainability.
- Experience with testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and configurable workspaces.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and accessibility.
- CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certification.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
- Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies.
- Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile.
- Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
- Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices.
- Develop reusable components and documentation.
- Support upgrades and releases.
- Evaluate AI and automation opportunities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other ServiceNow domains: ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine.
- Experience with automated deployment pipelines, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
