Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in Healthcare,Medical, or Pharmaceutical domains to support advanced research initiatives. This role will collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to provide domain expertise, evaluate research outputs, and contribute to the development and refinement of research models.

The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise with strong analytical and communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with research teams to provide domain expertise on healthcare, medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical topics.
Support the development, review, and refinement of research models and methodologies.
Evaluate research outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.
Review and synthesize information from scientific, medical, healthcare, and industry sources.
Provide recommendations and insights to improve research quality and outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address complex research questions.
Document findings, assumptions, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging topics, and evolving best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s, Master''s, PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biotechnology, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience reviewing, interpreting, and synthesizing complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with research and cross-functional teams.
